几种生化指标在古典摔跤运动员大强度训练机能评定中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 观察男子古典摔跤运动员4周大强度训练时一些生理生化指标的变化情况,选择评定机能的有效指标。第1周每日评定主观体力感觉等级(RPE)和肌肉酸痛程度,并分别在第1周的第1、3、5天和4个周的第7天相同时间检测血清肌酸激酶(CK)、血尿素及血红蛋白含量的水平。结果提示:大强度训练对古典摔跤运动员刺激足够大,机体出现反应,但一段时间后各指标基本恢复,机体对大强度训练适应。而且主观体力感觉等级、肌肉酸痛程度、CK、血尿素及血红蛋白可以作为反映古典摔跤大强度训练的有效指标。 The authors observe some biological chemistry indexes change of Greco - roman wrestlers in four weeks' high intensity exercise and choose effective indexes to evaluate athletes' physical function. The ratings of perceived exertion (RPE) and muscle soreness are assessed everyday in the first week. The contents of sennn creatine kinase (CK), blood urine and hemoglobin are tested in the same time on the first, third, fifth day of the first week and the seventh day of four weeks. The research indicates following. Firstly, high intensity exercise is enough to bring about physical change and all indexes resume after some time. So, it shows athletes can adopt high intensity exercise. Secondly, RPE, muscle soreness, CK, blood urine and hemoglobin are effective index to reflect Greco - roman wrestlers' exercise.
