对广州市从事体力劳动和非体力劳动居民心肺机能的对比研究 被引量:3

摘要 对广州市居民中从事体力劳动和非体力劳动者心肺机能进行了对比研究。结论:体力劳动组肺活量值显著低于非体力劳动者;安静状态下体力劳动组RPP比非体力劳动组高,说明心肌耗氧增加;城市居民特别是体力劳动组,其血压已属于“高血压前期”,要提高警惕,加强预防;城市居民整体的有氧工作能力不理想,40岁前体力劳动者台阶指数显著高于非体力劳动组,而运动后连续三分钟脉搏显著小于非体力劳动组;40岁后的情况恰好相反。提示体力劳动并不能起到提高心肺机能的作用,但是否会损坏心肺机能还有待进一步的深入研究。 The paper researches cardiopulmonary function compare between manual and non - manual residents in Guangzhou. The results are that the vital capacity of the manual work is lower than that of the non - manual work; the RPP of the manual work is higher than that of non - manual work, which means cardiac muscle of the manual work needs more oxygen at rest; the residents should look out the hypertension because their BP belongs to"the prophase of the hypertension"; aerobic capacity of residents is not very well; the step exponent of the before 40- year - old manual work is higher than that of non - manual work, and the convalescence pulse is lower than that of non - manual work, vice versa about older than the 40 - year - old. These indicate the manual work cannot enhance cardioptdmonary function, but which needs more research whether it counteracts the cardiopulmonary function.
