摘要 目的:研究青少年男子业余篮球运动员比赛训练过程中的血清肌酸激酶(CK)和血尿素的变化规律,探索用肌酸激酶和血尿素监控青少年男子业余篮球运动员的比赛训练。方法:10名青少年业余篮球运动员分成2队,进行模拟比赛训练,在比赛训练之前、运动后2h、运动后4h、运动后24h分别取肘静脉血2mL,提取血清后测试。结果:运动后2h,运动后4h血清肌酸激酶和血尿素的水平高于运动前的水平(P<0.05),运动后24h后接近运动前水平。结论:青少年业余篮球运动员血清CK活性在运动后2h达到峰值,血尿素的变化幅度不大,但存在个体差异,与多种因素有关。血清CK和血尿素指导科学化训练具有积极作用。 The paper researches the application of CK and BU to controlling the training of Juvenal amateur basketball players, and explores the changes of creatine kinase and blood urea of basketball amateur after training. The methods are that ten callan loving basketball are divided into two groups to competitive training, and then 2 mL blood sample is obtained before exercise and at 2, 4 and 24 hour post - exercise. The results are that the Ck and BU at 2 and at 4 - hour pos - exercise are significantly higher (p 〈 0.05) than that of pre - exercise, but not significant difference between pre - exercise and at 24 hour post - exercise. The paper concludes the level of CK reaches to the peak at 2 hour post - exercise; the changing of BU is not significant, and there are differences in individuals; it is useful of creatine kinase and Blood Urea to monitor training.
