高校篮球课运用“2.5+5min”模拟训练法的实验研究

传统的篮球教学法难以调动学生的学习积极性,教学效果不佳。根据篮球基本技术的特点,采用“2.5+5min”模拟训练法进行篮球教学实验。实验证明:“2.5+5min”模拟训练法的教学效果明显优于传统教学法,能够提高篮球教学质量,促进高校篮球教学改革。

The traditional basketball teaching methods are difficult to activate the learning positivity of students, and the teaching result is not good. According to the characteristic of the basic techniques of basketball sports, we introduce the simulation training to our basketball teaching experiments. The experiment indicates its teaching effect obviously exceeds that of the traditional methods ; the simulation training technique can improve the teaching quality and accelerate the teaching resolution of university basket.
