摘要
学校创新人才的培养必须基于主体性人格的确立,社会发展的水准与未来趋势和价值取向的理解与把握。培养创新人才,必须承认学生具有创新本能但又存在个体差异,重视对学生知识和能力的培养,同时人文道德教育在培养创新人才中也具有重要地位。
The essential elements of developing creative students are based on individual's personality, and their understanding of the development, tendency and value system of our society. To train creative students, it is essential to admit creative ability and uniqueness of each individual, and give students both academic education and moral education.
