Company credit is the ability of a company to perform its obligations, and the state of company credit reflects the level of the social credit. Improving the state of company credit depends on the legal system, not on the advising. Company credit rests with both good faith in performing the obligation and property for liability,which needs to better legal system of the structure of company manegement and company capital.
