举国体制的一种文化解说

A cultural explanation for the nationwide system

对中国竞技体育举国体制背后所蕴涵的文化传统进行了分析。认为:第一,从民族群体意识到金牌意识是中国文化传统的必然取向;第二,举国体制的完善需要全面的人文体育观指导。全面的人文体育观应建立在类的人、群体的人和个体的人三个层面之上,它是三个层面的人文价值的高度综合。

The authors analyzed the cultural tradition contained in the nationwide competitive sports system in China, and revealed the following findings： Firsdy,it was the inevitable orientation for Chinese cultural tradition to develop from national group awareness to gold medal awareness; secondly, the perfection of the nationwide system required the guidance for comprehensive humanistic sports view. Comprehensive humanistic sports view should be established above the three hierarchies, namnely, people as human beings, people as a group and people as individuals, and it is the ultimate integration of humanistic value of these three hierarchies.
