Methodology and theoretical foundation for innovating Wushu routine exercises

摘要 武术是人类以艺术思维的方式观照世界并与主体创新意识相结合的产物。武术是以取胜为宗旨,创新和超越精神是武术运动的根本动力;武术套路运动的创新突出了写实、夸张、假借和象征性的基本特点。 Wushu is the product of human being' s observation of the world by means of artistic thinking coupled with subjective innovative consciousness. By applying methods such as htcrature data approach and logic analysis, the authors studied the criteria and methodology for innovating Wushu routine exercises, and revealed the following findings: Wushu based its goal on winning; innovating and exceeding spirit was the fundamental driving force for Wushu exercises; basic characteristics of Wushu, such as its realistic,exaggerative,imitative and symbolic nature, were highlighted in the innovation of Wushu routine exercises. The authors expatiated on the concept, classification, principle and characteristics of Wushu methodologically, so as to provide a reference for probing into the pattern of and channels for innovating Wushu exercises.
