Campus culture construction of independent colleges

独立学院作为我国高等教育的新生事物,其校园文化建设应有其自身的特点。独立学院文化建设面临着文化底子相对薄弱、文化体系相对不完整、文化功能相对不健全的挑战。因此应该以确立独立学院的文化主体地位为目标,坚持以独立学院办学理念为主导、师生参与共建和文化建设与日常工作相结合三原则,从物质文化、制度文化、精神文化三个层面结合独立学院的特点搞好校园文化建设。

Independent colleges as new things in China＇s higher education should have their own characteristics in the field of campus culture construction. Cultural construction of the independent colleges faces such challenges as relatively weak cultural basis, relatively incomplete cultural system and relatively incomplete cuhural function. Thus, campus culture can be constructed at the three levels of material culture, institutional culture and spiritual culture by following such three principles as establishing its position of cultural main body, sticking to the ideas of independently running the college, teachers＂ and students＂ joint participation in the construction and combining cultural construction with daily work.
