脑卒中失语症患者早期康复治疗的疗效评价

The therapeutic evaluation of early rehabilitation therapy to patients of aphasia after cerebral apoplexy

目的:探讨脑卒中失语症患者早期康复治疗的疗效及机制。方法:34例脑卒中失语症早期患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各17例。对照组单用药物治疗。治疗组在药物治疗的同时予头皮针、体针和语言训练等方法进行康复治疗。治疗前后采用中国康复研究中心失语检查法对语言功能进行评价和比较。结果:一个疗程后,治疗组在听理解、复述、命名及阅读方面的评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:脑卒中失语症患者早期康复治疗对语言功能康复有积极意义。

Objective：To investigate the curative effect and mechanism of early rehabilitation therapy to patients of aphasia after cerebral apoplexy. Methods ： Divide. 34 early patients of aphasia after cerebral apoplexy into two groups randomly. The control group took medicine simply. The treatment group took rehabilitation therapy of scalp acupuncture body acupuncture and language training besides medicine. Before and after the treatment, take estimation and comparison to language function with the aphasia test of Chinese rehabilitation center. Results： After one course, score of comprehension, repetition, naming and reading in the treatment group was higher than the control group（ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusions ：The early rehabilitation therapy is beneficial to the rehabilitation of language function of aphasia after cerebral apoplexy.
