子前期患者血清可溶性血管内皮生长因子受体-1的变化及其意义

摘要 目的探讨可溶性血管内皮生长因子受体1(sFlt1)在子癎前期患者血清中浓度的变化及其意义。方法应用酶联免疫吸附(ELISA)法检测30例子前期患者(子前期组)和30例同孕周正常妊娠妇女(对照组)血清中sFlt1的浓度。结果子疒间前期组和对照组血清中sFlt1的平均浓度分别为(6332±3325)pg/mL和(1483±742)pg/mL,2组比较差别有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组研究对象产后血清中sFlt1浓度均明显降低。对照组血清中sFlt1浓度与孕周成正相关(r=0.690,P<0.01),子疒间前期组则与孕周无关。结论sFlt1在子疒间前期患者血清中浓度明显升高,可能与子前期的发病有关。 Objective To investigate the role of soluble vascular endothelial growth factor receptor-1 (sFlt-1) level in serum from preeclampsia. Methods Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) was used to detect the concentrations of sFlt-1 in serum from 30 women with preeclampsia and 30 women without preelampsia. Results The concentrations of sFlt-1 in serum from women with preeclampsia and without preeclampsia were (6332 ± 3325) pg/mL and ( 1483 ± 742) pg/mL, respectively, with significant difference between the two groups(P〈0.05). The concentrations of sFlt-1 decreased markedly after delivery in both groups. Serum sFlt-1 concentrations of women without preeclampsia were positively correlated with gestational age(r=0690, P〈0.01), whereas those of preelclampsia women exhibited no correlation with gestational age. Conclusion Eleveted concentrations of sFlt-1 in serum from women with preeclampsia , sFlt-1 may play an important role in the pathogenesis of preeclampsia.
