多瑞吉贴剂治疗癌性疼痛临床观察

目的观察多瑞吉贴剂在中重度癌痛病人的止痛效果、不良反应。方法癌痛患者38例,采用多瑞吉治疗,每3日更换贴剂,于第15天进行评价,并与同期美菲康治疗者30例进行比较,两组患者均为中重度癌性疼痛。结果多瑞吉治疗组疼痛缓解率为84.2%与对照组无明显差异,不良反应主要为头晕、嗜睡、便秘、恶心呕吐等。结论多瑞吉治疗中重度癌痛疗效显著,使用方便,不良反应小,可明显改善癌症病人的生活质量。
