p16与宫颈癌 被引量:11

摘要 肿瘤的发生是一个多因素、多步骤的长期过程,其中多个基因的改变导致细胞周期失调,细胞增殖失控,在肿瘤形成的过程中发挥了重要作用。p16基因又称MTS1(多肿瘤抑制基因)是人们发现的第一个直接作用于细胞周期,抑制细胞分裂的基因。p16在诸多肿瘤中的改变,使它在肿瘤发生中的作用日益受到人们的重视。宫颈癌是妇女常见肿瘤之一,其发生机制尚不清楚。对于p16与宫颈癌关系的研究,已成为近几年来宫颈癌发生机制研究中的热点。现将p16与宫颈癌的研究进展综述如下。
