摘要
通过论述基于虚拟仪器技术的火炮身管自紧技术测试系统的设计原理和实现方法,首次采用计算机测试系统进行自紧工艺参数测试来控制自紧质量,替代原有的测试系统,实现了火炮身管自紧过程的实时监控和测试。不仅大大提高了自紧过程中应力的测试精度和部分实现智能化,而且可实时存储和输出测试结果,从而对整个自紧加压过程实现动态测试和监控。
This paper introduces the design and implement of autofrettaged gun tube measurement based on virtual instruments. For the first time, real time test for parameter of autofrettaged tube is realized by using data acquisition and disposal system of the computer. With the system substituting for the old measurements, the precision of test parameter is improved and the test data can be stored and printed in time.
