摘要
制备了Mg-4.9Zn-0.9Y-0.7Zr及Mg-4.9Zn-0.7Zr合金,研究了Y元素对合金组织性能的影响。通过XRD,分析了合金的物相组成,运用OM,SEM观察了合金的微观组织、第二相形貌;通过EDAX对第二相化学成分进行了定性分析。研究结果表明,Y使得合金中有大量I相生成。热轧过程中,I相转变成弥散细小的颗粒,能有效钉扎位错,提高了材料的抗拉强度及屈服强度,同时合金仍然保持着良好的塑性。
Mg-4.9Zn-0.9Y-0.7Zr alloy and Mg-4.9Zn-0.7Zr used as compared alloy were prepared by ingot metallurgy method. The influence of Y addition on microstructure and properties was studied. Phase analysis, microstructure and morphology of second phases were investigated by XRD,OM and SEM. The component of second phases was analyzed by EDAX. The results show that, Y was an effective element strengthening Mg-Zn-Zr alloy, except that α-Mg phase appeared in alloy, phase products included I phase due to the addition of Y. During the process of hot rolling, I phase was pulverized into large amount of dispersion particles, which pinned dislocation effectively, so ultimate strength and yield strength at room temperature were improved, as well as good plasticity was remained.
