用催化极谱波测定人参、茶叶中微量锗的含量

摘要 用催化极谱波测定了人参、茶叶中的锗含量,确定了测定的最佳条件,当底液成分为0.25%邻苯三酚,0.04mol/L钒(V1),4×10^(-4)mol/L EDTA二钠盐,0.04%抗坏血酸,pH2的硫酸溶液时,在-0.52V(VS.SCE)处得到了锗的催化波,锗浓度在15~100ppb范围内与峰电流呈线性关系。 The amounl of germanium in ginseng and tealeaves has been measured with catalytic polargraphy.The optimum conditions of determination have been established. The base-solution consists of 0.25% pyrogallol, 0.04mol/L Ⅴ(Ⅳ), 4×10^(-4)mol/L EDTA, 0.04% ascorbic acid, H_2SO_4(PH=2). The experiment shown that a sensitive catalytic wave appears at -0.52V (V_s SCE). The concentration of germanium is linear with peak current in the range 15~100ppb of germanium.
