摘要
采用金相显微镜和扫描电镜对50AZ钢薄壁件脆性断裂原因进行了分析。结果表明,氢脆现象是其产生脆性断裂的根本原因,同时提出了相应的防止措施。
The cause of brittle fracture of 50AZ steel thin-walled parts was analyzed by metallographie examination.SEM analysis and so on,The results show that the hydrogen embrittlement during the heat treatment process of thin-walled parts is the main reason.Meanwhile,the prevention measures are also put forward.
