热处理对CuNiCrAl合金力学性能的影响

摘要 本文通过金相、X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM/EDX)和力学性能分析等方法研究不同热处理工艺对CuNiCrAl合金力学性能的影响。结果表明:热处理能改变该合金的硬度,合金经500℃保温2 h时效后可获得较高硬度,而对其冲击韧性影响不大。 The effect of heat treatment on the mechanical properties of CuNiCrAl alloy was studied by means of metaUographic, XRD, SEM/EDX and mechanical property analysis tests. The results show that the heat treatment can improve the hardness of CuNiCrAl alloy, and a higher hardness could be obtained by aging treatment at 500℃ for 2 h. Heat treatment has little influence on its impact toughness
