摘要
通过对非精炼船用钢和精炼船用钢连铸坯低倍、船用角钢低倍、金相组织和夹杂物等的分析,在常温和0℃冲击功都能达到要求,若在低温(-20℃、-40℃)非精炼船用钢很难达到要求。现采用精炼工艺,减少夹杂物,提高钢的纯净度,大大改善钢的冲击性能,在低温也可较好满足用户需求。
Through comparing the unrefined and refined vessel steel in terms of cast steel at low multiple, vessel angle steel at low multiple, microstructure and inclusion analysis,it is found that the impact property of the former one can reach the stanard at room temperature and 0℃. while fails at lower trmperature of -20 ℃ and -40℃. Refining process is adopted to reduce the inclusions, purify the steel to improve the impact property greatly, so as to meet the requirements even at lower trmperature.
