DHS内固定治疗高龄股骨转子间骨折的评价

The effects of DHS internal fixation to treat intertrochanteric fracture of the aged people

目的:报道应用动力髋螺钉(DHS)内固定治疗高龄股骨转子间骨折216例的疗效。方法:对216例股转子间骨折(A195例,A278例,A343例)采用DHS治疗。结果:本组216例病人,经8个月至5年,平均2年3个月的随访,7例发生尿路感染,9例出现髋内畸形。疗效评定:优165例,良38例,可8例,差5例。结论:DHS内固定坚强,有利骨折愈合,能早期活动关节,降低威胁老年患者生命的并发症。

Objective：To report the effects of dyramic hip screw （DHS） internal fixation to treat intertrochanteric fractures of 216 aged peoples.Methods：The method of DHS internal fixation was adopted to treat intertochanteric fractures of 216 aged peoples （95 cases,78 cases and 43 cases belonged to the type of A1,A2 and A3 respectively）.Results：The average time of the follow up which passed through 8 months to 5 years was about 2 years and 3 months.Within 216 patients,7 cases suffered from urinary tract infection,9 cases occurred hip varus teratism.The results of the assessment of the treatment was as follows：165 cases were exccurred ,38 cases good,8 cases common,5 cases bad.Conclusions：The DHS internal fixation is available to treat intertrochanteric fracture of the aged people for its excellent fixation effects and well bone healing ability.
