退变型股骨髁间窝撞击综合征的微创治疗 被引量:1

摘要 目的介绍一种治疗退变型股骨髁间窝撞击综合征的方法。方法关节镜下行髁间窝扩大成形术及囊肿和骨赘摘除术。结果手术治疗67例。随访62例,优18例,良30例,中9例,差5例。结论关节镜下手术治疗股骨髁间窝撞击综合征创伤小、恢复快、可重复,治疗完全、彻底,较传统的切开手术优势明显。 Objective To evaluate the efficacy of the arthroscopy in diagnosis and treatment of the femoral intercondylar notch impingement syndrome. Methods Sixty-seven cases with femoral intercondylar notch impingement syndrome were diagnosed by arthroscopy between Feb 2002 and Aug 2004. All patients suffered from osteoarthritis and treated with arthroscopic arthroplasty. Results Sixty-two patients were followed-up. Excellent and good results were seen in 48 cases (77 %). Conclusions Operative arthroscopy is an excellent choice for the femoral intercondylar notch impingement syndrome and it may produce less trauma and with quick healing and complete clearance and could be operate repeatedly.
