非完全消化-火焰原子吸收光谱法测定榛子及向日葵中铜镁锰 被引量:7

Measurement of Copper,Magnesium and Manganese in Hazelnut and Sunflower by Noncomplete Digestion-flame Atomic Absorption Spectrometry

摘要 用非完全消化法处理样品,即在低温下用高氯酸-硝酸(1+3)混合酸消解样品,再用乳化剂TritonX-100溶解未消解的油脂而配制成透明的草绿色样品溶液,用火焰原子吸收法成功地测定了榛子及向日葵中铜、镁、锰.用Sr2+作为镁的释放剂以消除化学干扰,共存元素对锰无化学干扰.测定榛子中镁时,需使用氘灯扣除背景吸收.实验表明试液的物理性质与空白溶液一致.测定结果的相对标准偏差小于3.5%,本方法测定结果与灰化法一致,相对误差小于±3.1%.方法简便. The samples are treated with the noneomplete digestion method, i.e. the samples are digested in the mixed acid of HCIO4-HNO3 (1 + 3 ) at low temperatures, and the non-digested fat is dissolved in emulsifier TritonX-100, and so the transparent grass-green solution of sample is prepared. Copper, magnesiun and manganese in hazelnut and sunflower are successfully determined with FAAS method. Sr2^+ is used as releasing agent for magnesium to eliminate chemical interference and the coexistent elements had not chemical inferferonce on manganese. For determining magnesium in hazelnut the deuterium lamp is applied to deduct background absorption. The experiment indicates that the physical properties of the testing solution are identical with the blank solution. The relative standard deviations are less than 3.5%. The determination results of this method are consistent with those obtained by asking method. The relative errors are less than ± 3.1%. This method is convenient.
