摘要
介绍在碳五馏分加氢工业装置设计过程中使用计算机流程模拟软件,根据碳五产品的特性,结合小试试验数据,辅助进行工业化装置流程设计,通过对多种流程方案的模拟计算与优化,确定最佳设计方案。按照该流程方案设计的工业化装置已经成功投用。
In this article, process simulation software ASPEN PLUS is used in the simulation calculation for GS olefin hydrogenation process. Based on the calculation results, the influence of process parameters on the process is analyzed and the optimized process parameters are deduced. Some feasible processes are simulated and studied, thus the optimized process of C5 Hydrogenation can be determined. This process has been applied successfully in commercial plants.
