用3'-Race和5’-Race技术获得了德国小蠊咽侧体抑制肽Allatostatin(AST)的cDNA全长,共有1560bp,包括1125bp的开放阅读框。起始密码子ATG位于第125位,终止密码子TAA位于1249位,其后为310bp的非编码序列;开放阅读框共编码375个氨基酸,这些氨基酸在水解蛋白酶的作用下可转录翻译出13个AST的前体蛋白,它们分别由6-18个氨基酸组成,在c末端均具有相同的YIF-X-F-G-L氨基酸特征序列。
The whole sequence of AST eDNA is obtained from Blattelia Germanica by the 3' and 5' RACE-PCR techniques. The full length of AST eDNA has 1 560bp containing the 1 125bp open reading frame (ORF). Flanking ORF are an unencoding 125bp 5' sequence and an unencoding 310bp 3' sequence. The 375 amino acids deduced from this eDNA possesse several endoproteolytie cleavage sites to cleat thirteen AST precursors. All the precursors are comprised of 6 - 18 amino acids with a similar Y/F-X-F-G- Lamidated at their C-termini.
