害虫抗药性分子检测技术发展现状 被引量:7

MOLECULE-BASED TECHNIQUES FOR THE DETECTION OF INSECTICDE RESISTANCE IN PESTS

摘要 记述8种当前用于害虫抗药性检测的分子生物学方法:专一性等位基因PCR扩增;PCR-单链构象多态性;固相微测序反应;限制性片段长度多态性;PCR-寡核苷酸探针斑点杂交;随机扩增多态性DNA;Northern斑点杂交;固定化人工膜-高效液相色谱。评述各种检测技术基本原理、在害虫抗性检测中的优缺点及应用范围。 Eight molecule-based techniques for detection of resistance in pests were described, which included PCR Amplification of Specific Alleles (PASA), PCR-single-strand conformation polymorphism (SSCP), Restriction Fragment Length Polymorphism (RFLP), Solid-Phase Minisequencing (SPM), PCR-allele specific oligo nucleotide probe (PCR-ASO), Randomly Amplified Polymorphic DNAs (RAPD), Northern blotting and Immobilized artificial membrane high performance liquid chromatography (IAM-HPLC). It revealed the basic elements, advantages or disadvantages and application scopes of these detecting techniques responsible for insecticide resistance in insects.
