摘要
应用薄层扫描法测定降脂康冲剂中丹参酮Ⅱ_Ａ的含量，对样品的提取、分离、扫描等条件进行了优选，平均回收率为９９．１５％，ＲＳＤ为２．３％，方法可行，重现性好。
The tanshinone ⅡA content in Jiangzhikang Granules was determined by TLC-scanner.The optimum conditions on extraction,separation and scan for sample were choosed.The recovery and RSD were 99.15% and 2.3%,respectively.This method is available with a good reproducibility.
