摘要
在研究SPP类液态稳定剂的固化稳定机理基础上,利用加拿大Construction Aid Soil Stabilizer稳定剂(CON-AID液态稳定剂)对广西公路的高液限粘性土进行了室内加固试验研究,并对现场试验段进行相关指标的测试。试验及测试表明,稳定剂处理土与未经稳定剂处理土的强度相比有较明显的提高,而且随龄期的增加,其增幅是未经稳定剂处理土强度的2倍强。另外稳定剂的加入对土的湿化性起到了抑制作用,且其它的相关指标亦得到明显改善。通过经济技术比较,液态稳定剂加固路基的施工方法明显优于传统方法。
Based on the study for the solidified steady mechanism of the SPP kinds of liquid-state stabilizer, the experimental study on the clay with high liquid limit in Guangxi highway project is done by means of the Construction Aid Soil Stabilizer from Canada, and the in-situ tests for the relevant indexes have also been done. It is shown that the strength of the soil solidified by the stabilizer is higher than that of the un-solidified soil, and with the increase of time the increasing ratio of the strength is the two times of the strength of the un-solidified soil. The stabilizer is also control the humidification of soil and the relevant indexes are improved. Through the economic and technical comparison, the method with the CON-AID liquid stabilizer is obviously better than traditional methods.
