摘要
以巯基乙酸和碳酸稀土为原料,合成了巯基乙酸稀土。对产品进行了红外光谱分析;并将它与硬脂酸钡复配添加到聚氯乙稀(PVC)中,通过刚果红试纸法、拉伸试验及冲击试验等多种方法对其PVC复配系统的热稳定性能及力学性能进行了综合研究,并确定了复配的最佳用量。
Rare - earth thioglycolate had been synthesized based on mercaptoacetic acid and rare - earth carbonate. Some physical and chemical constants and infrared spectra were tested. It was incorporated into PVC with barium stearate, and the heat stability and mechanical property were comprehensively studied by Congo red method, Tension test and izod impact strength test.
