癌痛灵栓剂对中枢前列腺素E_2的影响

The Effect of Aitongling on Central PGE_2

目的:探讨癌痛灵栓剂治疗癌症疼痛的中枢作用机理。方法:采用放射免疫法研究癌痛灵对福尔马林致痛大鼠大脑疼痛介质前列腺素(PGE2)的影响。结果:福尔马林慢性疼痛模型中小鼠大脑中前列腺素E2水平显著升高(P<0.05),癌痛灵可以显著抑制其水平(P<0.05)。结论:中枢前列腺素水平也可能是癌痛灵的作用靶点之一。

Objective：The purpose of present study was to investingate the central mechinasim of Aitongling in the treatment of cancer pain. Enriching the theory of traditional Chinese medicine on cancer - related pain management. Methods ： To observe the effect of Aitongling on formalin - induced pain model. Radio - immunity was applied to detect the central prostaglandinE2 （PGE2 ） level during the formalin - pain model with formalinin injection into the planter surface of the the left dorsal hindpaw in mice. Results ： Compared to eontral group （model group）, Aitongling could lower the level of PGE2 in the brain（P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion：Central PGE2 may be the target of Aitongling.
