摘要
本实验室筛选的烟草内生细菌A tp-oe对烟草黑胫病具有良好的防治作用,在温室试验中的防效可达69.23%.本研究对烟草内生细菌A tp-oe的发酵动力学进行了研究,并拟合了细菌生长曲线模型,并得到最佳优化试验参数.通过比较,菌株生长情况与模拟模型基本一致.
Endophytie bacteria Atp-oe was isolated from tobacco plants, it can control tobacco black shank(Phytophthora parasitica var. nicotianae) well, the control efficiency of Atp-oe was 69.23% in greenhouse, we researched its fermentation course, and got the growth curve and the best experiment parameters through software SPSS11. 0. The forecast values and the experiment values were compared, they were consistent on the whole.
