摘要
针对某氧化金矿石的特性及所处地理位置,若采用常规氰化浸出工艺,浸出16h后,金的浸出率才能达到 95%,氰化物消耗为2.03kg/t。为此,本文提出采用“富氧氰化浸出工艺”进行处理,试验表明,该工艺能显著提高浸吸速率,浸出8h后,金的浸出率96.68%,而氰化钠用量只需要常规浸出的一半。如果浸出过程中加入活性炭,金的吸附率为 99.14%。
Based on the geography position of the place and the characteristics of certain gold oxide ore, if we adobt the craft of the conventional leaching,after a 16 hours leaching,the rate "of leaching can attain 95%, the sodium cyanide is consumed for the 2.03 kg/t.For this,this paper puts forward to adopte"the craft of rich-oxygen cyanidation leaching"to carry on the processing,the results showed that by the this technology, the leaching and the adsorption velocity are raised greatly,after an 8 hours leaching,the leaching rate of the gold could be 96.68%,but the sodium cyanide need only the half than the conventional leaching.If the leaching course is added the activate carbon,the adsorption ratio of gold could be 99.14%.
