摘要
针对选矿厂原生产工艺由于铜锌分离原矿脱药不彻底,造成铜、锌精矿互含高,锌精矿回收率低的情况, 在试验室进行了混合精矿全部再磨、混合精矿脱水再磨及搅拌槽脱药三种脱药方式的对比试验,结果都达到令人满意的效果。在生产上实施时,综合考虑各方因素,最终采用了搅拌槽脱药方案。该方案实施后,选矿厂效益得到提高。
Because of the mixed concentrate's incompleted dereagent of production process in concentration plant, the content of zinc in copper concentrate and the copper in zinc concentrate is. high and the recovery of zinc is lower. In view of this situation, three method to dereagent have been studied in laboratory and all achieved the perfect test result. But,when put into production, all factors have been considered. At last, the method that dereagent in agitator be put to use and the benefit of concentration plant is improved.
