Objective To standardize the management of employed nurses. Methods The following measures were carried out,such as establishing effective management mode,taking effective management means, applying encouragement theory reasonably,establishing strict training and examining system, providing the training of nurses＇ comprehensive quality constantly. Result This practice improved employed nurses＇ comprehensive quality.
