摘要
采用拉格朗日方法建立了锥篮离心机内物料的相对运动微分方程,并在忽略环向相对运动的简化条件下导出物料在筛篮中的相对速度和停留时间公式。在此基础上,作者推得计算生产能力Q、卸料功率N_d和物料与篮壁的摩擦功率N_f的解析式。
The relative motion differential equation of solids in the conical basket centrifuge is derived by the Lagrange method instead of the traditional Newton method. On condition that circumferential relative motion is neglected, the formulas of solids relative velocity and dence time on the drum are deduced. Based on these results, the analytical formulas for productive capacity Q, cake discharge power N_d and consumed power N_f caused by friction between solids and basket wall are obtained.
