摘要
针对油气分离器在高油气比油井分离效果差的现状,建立了一套完整的油气分离室内实验台架,进行了2种分离器的分离效果验证,并对其分离内部结构进行分析,设计出新型高效分离器,采用双级诱导轮结构设计,增加一级分离轮,同时采用叶轮和导流轮增压导轮结构,使其分离效果增强。在气液比高的油井环境应用中,使其在泵入口处应用的气液环境由原来的气液比0·3m3/t提高到0·6m3/t;就其整体分离效果而言,在气液比0·6m3/t环境下的分离率由原来的75%提高到95%。现场应用的前后效果对比表明,油气分离效果好,增液显著。
According to the poor condition of the high oil-gas ratio in oil wells, a set of oil-gas separating lab instruments are built and two types of separators’separating effects are tested. A new high efficient separator is designed after analyzing the inner structure of the separator. Designing double class structure, adding one class separation round, adopting impeller and the structure of high pressure resisted round, all of these aspects result in a high separating effect. The application of the oil well environment at the high gas-liquid ratio makes the ratio increase from the original GLR 0.3 cubic meter per ton to GLR 0.6 cubic meter per ton.The whole separation effect under the environment of GLR 0.6 is improved from the original 75% to 95%. The result is very good after comparing the effects.
