浅谈基层卫生室如何做好老年医疗保健

做好老年医疗保健体现国家的文明程度,因此应当重视这一工作。在开展老年医疗保健时,应掌握老年人代谢和功能减退和一人多病、心理疾患增多等特点,并在此基础上重点抓好:①建立健康档案;②建立抢救组织,尤其是建立抢救协作体系,制定抢救方案,提高专业人员素质;③普及保健和救护知识;④开展老年健身活动;⑤用疏导和治疗结合方式解决老年人过渡紧张型、忽视轻率型、固执抑郁型,消沉悲观型的心理障碍。

A good job in the health care of the aged is an indication of high civilization of a country, which should well be attended to.In doing such a job,it should be remembered that the metabolism and physical function of the aged are declining with the result that a single person can contract many de- seases,especially the increasing psychopathic ones.In accordance with this fact,many steps should be taken:1) a medical record should be kept for each;2) an emergency treatment unit should be set up,es- pecially a coordination system to map out treatment plans;3)health-keeping and first aid knowledge should be popularized;4)health—keeping exercises should be started;and 5)through the combination of exhortation and medical treatment,old persons'pschopathic cases of hyper-excitation,indiscreetness,de- pression and pessimism must be treated.
