119例烧伤病人抢救与早期治疗的组织

The organization of the emergency treatment of 119 burn patients and their early medical care

因剧场着火而致119人烧伤,同时送入我院。为保证抢救工作迅速、有效,提高抢救成功率,在抢救过程中,及时建立急救指挥中心,将病人集中在一个医院的5个病区治疗,并采取了10条紧急措施。早期狠抓了医疗等6方面工作,尤其是在组织协调、早期削痂植皮、心理治疗等方面做得较好,通过救治群体烧伤伤员,总结出5点经验和两条教训。

Due to a theater fire,119 burn patients were sent to the authors'hospital.To insure a fast and effective emergency treatment and raise its success rate,an emergency treatment control center was set up in time.All these patients were concentrated in 5 wards and 10 emergency measures were adopted.In the early stages,much effort was spent on 6 jobs,especially the organization and coordina- tion of timely removal of eschar,skin grafting and psychological therapy.All the jobs were well done. Five points of experiences and two pieces of lessons were drawn from the treatment of the mass burn.
