摘要
针对安钢超高功率竖炉电弧炉-炉外精炼-板坯铸机-中厚板生产线出现的各种铸坯缺陷,造成轧后废品率较高问题,分析了板坯纵裂、夹杂、横裂、边裂、气泡、结疤等质量缺陷产生的机理和影响因素。以提高连铸板坯质量为研究重点,对该流程铸坯氮含量控制、钢水洁净度、二冷配水模型、铸坯辊缝收缩等进行了全面基础试验工作。通过各项技术措施应用,系统优化了全流程生产工艺,解决了电弧炉-中厚板流程存在的共性问题,铸坯质量得到了大幅度改善。
Aimed at various defects in slabs produced by EAF-LF-CC-plate rolling line at Angang, to reduce rejection rate of plates, the formation mechanism and influencing factors of defects, such as longitudinal cracking, inclusions, transversal cracking, edge cracking, bubbling, scabs, etc. were analyzed. The nitrogen content of slabs, cleanliness of molten steel, mode of secondary cooling water distribution, roll gap reduction scheme etc. were studied in the line in order to improve slab quality. With applied technical improvements, the total production process was optimized, the common problems were solved, and slab quality was improved.
