摘要
本文介绍水平板—垂直板双向电泳方法，适合于一般实验室条件，并能得到满意的分析结果。可广泛应用于复杂蛋白质混合物的分析。
A method of two-dimensional electrophoresis on the horizontal-vertical slabs was in-troduced. It could be adopted successfully under general laboratory conditions with satisfactory resultsin the analysis of complex protein mixtures.
