为了加强农村卫生工作,解决乡村医疗站人员分散,再教育少,现代化设备缺乏,管理制度贯彻落实难度大,防保工作不平衡,站院间病人分流不合理,工作环境落后等情况,伦教镇对镇内卫生站、所实行统一规划,合理设点;院、站合作解决建设经费;切合实际配备技术、设备;规范管理防保工作;调整、充实人员队伍;健全落实管理制度。从而优化了卫生资源配置,改善医疗条件,方便了病人就医,健全了双向转诊制度,强化了防保工作和人才队伍建设,使镇医院的统一管理职能明显加强,促进了镇卫生事业的健康发展。

To strengthen rural health work,many problems have to be solved such as the scattering of medical personnel and their lack of continuation education,the shortage of modern eqipment,the diffi- culties in the institution of administrative system,the disequilibrium between prevention and cure,the unequal distribution of patients between clinics and the backwardness of work surroundings.The town of Lunjiawpractises unified planning and rational allocation of health units.The units join their efforts in raising the construction fund.Technology and equipment are distributed more practically among them.
