摘要
对国内７个生产厂家的乙酰水杨酸肠溶片及胶囊进行了体外耐酸性能及溶出度对比实验。结果表明各产品耐酸性能均符合规定，但溶出参数存在显著差异（ｐ＜０．０１），Ｔ５０最大相差６．１倍。空心肠溶胶囊质量对溶出度有极显著影响。
The dissolution rates of acetylsalicylic acid (ASA) from its enteric coated tablets and capsules, produced by seven plants, were studied with rotating basket and the UV spectrophotometry. The results showed that the T50,Td and m of those samples had significant difference. The factors influencing the dissolution rates of ASA were discussed
