重组链激酶对大鼠凝血功能的影响及其毒性

EFFECT ON BLOOD COAGULATION FUNCTION AND TOXICITY OF RECOMBINANT STREPTOKINASE IN RATS

重组链激酶以６、３０、１５０万ＩＵ／ｋｇ的剂量水平给大鼠腹腔注射，观察毒性反应。给药２８ｄ时，除各给药组凝血功能与对照组相比有不同程度的降低之外，其他无明显的毒性反应。凝血功能改变与剂量有关，并在停药１４ｄ后恢复，结果表明重组链激是一个毒性低的溶栓药。

Three dose levels of r-SK (60000, 300000 and 1500000 IU/kg)were given ip to rats for 28 consecutive days respectively to observe the toxicity of r-SK, a similar group served as a control. The results showed that there were no obvious toxicities on day 28 except some changes in blood coagulation, and these changes were dose-related and reversible in rest period of two weeks. Our results proved that r-SK was a less toxic thrombolytic drug.
