摘要
磺胺嘧啶经显色反应后在４４５ｎｍ波长处产生最大吸收，采用流动注射分光光度法测定其含量，线性范围为２～５０μｇ／ｍｌ，回收率为１００．３％，ＲＳＤ为０．８％，具有简单、快速、准确、可连续测定等特点。
Flow injection spectrophotometry for the determination of SD tablets was studied.The main factors which affect the determination were investigated.The wavelength of the detection was 445nm.The calibration curve was linear in the range of 2￣50μg/ml,the recovery was 100.3% with a relative standard deviation of 0.8%.The method was simple,rapid,and accurate.
