摘要
用一阶导数分光光度法测定双氯芬酸钠凝胶剂的含量，可以消除凝胶基质中其它成分的干扰，结果准确，重现性好。平均回收率为９９．５３％，ＲＳＤ＝０．５９％。
Diclofenac sodium gel was determined by first derivative spectrophotometry.The influence of other components in the gel may be eliminated.Accurate result and good reproducibility of tests were obtained.The average recovery of diclofenac sodium was 99.53%,RSD was 0.59%.
