摘要
探索了猪降钙素的提取与纯化的工艺。猪甲状腺经酸提取、丙酮及三氯醋酸沉淀、葡聚糖凝胶过滤、羧甲基纤维素离子交换，得到了具有较高生物活性的产品。本法工艺简便，成本较低为大规模工业生产创造了条件。
High biological by active porcine calcitonin(PCT) was obtained by acid extraction, acetone and trichloroacetic acid precipitation, and sephadex G-25 and carboxymethylcellutose chromatographg. This process was simple and less expensive.
