摘要
采用ＨＰＬＣ法测定庆大霉素各组分的峰面积，由相对校正因子计算样品中庆大霉素Ｃ组分的含量，方法可靠，准确度高。
Using the area of each peak and the relative correcting factors the contents of gentamycins C in the substance being examined were determined by HPLC. This method is reliable and accurate.
