摘要
用ＳｈｉｍｐａｃｋＣＬＣ－ＯＤＳ色谱柱，采用高效液相色谱外标法测定醋酸地塞米松的含量，甲醇－水（７０∶３０）为流动相，紫外检测波长为２４０ｎｍ，方法简便、灵敏，重现性好，平均回收率１００．５４％，ＲＳＤ为０．８５％。
High-performance liquid chromatography was used to determine.dexamethasone acetate in PI-YAN-SU-LING ointment, using Shimpack CLC-ODS column and external standard with methanol-water(70:30) as mobile phase, and 240nm as detection wave length.This method is simple, sensitive, and reprodncible with average recovery 100.54%, RSD 0.85%.
