摘要
采用一阶导数分光光度法测定硝苯地平片的含量，样品不需特殊处理，操作简便，结果准确，回收率为１００．４％，ＲＳＤ为０．４２％。
Nifedipine tablets were determined by first order derivative UV spectrophotometry with 241nm as detection wavelength. This method is simple,and accurate. The average recovery was 100.4% (RSD=0.42%).
