GPC浓度效应的研究——高分子回旋半径的简易测定方法

摘要 在GPC浓度效应的研究中,测定高分子的尺寸,采用GPC测定高聚物的分子量及分子量分布指数,以及用粘度法测定其特性粘数,然后依据GPC浓度效应模型理论中所得到的流体力学体积同均方回旋半径的关系式处理了我们聚合的聚苯乙烯(=7.3×10~4~195×10~4,=1.3~4.5)和文献上的聚苯乙烯(=12.3×10~6~40.2×10~6,=1.2~2.0)试样,得到高分子均方回旋半径值同光散射法所得到的结果相一致。从而提出一种测定高分子回旋半径的简易新方法。 A method for determining the radius of gyration of macromolecules by the combination of GPC and viscometry measurements is presented. The molecular, weight and molecular weight distribution of polymers were measured, by GPC and the intrinsic viscosity was determined. by capillary viscometer, then the radius of gyration for polystyrenes ((?)_w=7.4×10~4~195×10~4; (?)_w/(?)_n=1.3~4.5 and (?)_w=12.3×10~4~40×10~4; (?)_w/(?)_n=1.2~2.0) were calculated from the relation of the hydrodynamic volumes to the radius of gyration which was derived from a theory of concentration effects for polydispersed polymers.The results show that the values of the radius of gyration are in an excellent agreement with those obtained from the light scattering method.
