摘要
用免疫组化 ABC 法检测68例星瘤、12例少突胶质细胞瘤、5例室管膜瘤、4例胶质细胞增生和5例正常脑组织的 P53蛋白和 PCNA 的表达情况,结果显示:85例胶质瘤中,21例显示 P53过度表达,并随星瘤恶性度增高而升高(P<0.05)。室管膜瘤、胶质细胞增生和正常脑组织均无 P53过度表达(胶质瘤各类型间 P>0.05)。PCNA—LI 随星瘤级别增高有升高的趋势,但无显著性(P>0.05),P53过度表达者其 PCNA—LI 明显升高,大于 P53无过度表达的 PCNA—LI(P<0.0001)。复发性肿瘤有高 P53、PCNA 过度表达率。而 P53、PCNA 的表达与发病年龄和发病部位无关。P53表达和 PCNA—LI 联合运用,可为胶质瘤的病理诊断、分级和预后判断提供依据。
Expression of mutant P53 and PCNA protein were examined immunohistochemically in a series of 68 astrocytomas,12 oligodendrogliomas,5 ependymomas,4 gliocyte proliferative and 5 normal brain tissues.Results:21 of 85 gliomas showed P53 overexpression(24.75%),among them,1 of 13 astrocy- tomas grade Ⅰ(7.69%),7 of 28 astrocytomas grade Ⅱ(25%),12 of 27 astrocytomas above grade Ⅲ(44.44%),1 of 12 oligodendrogliomas(8.33%),whearas,no P53 overexpression in ependymomas,gliocyte proliferative and normal brain tissues.(Significant difference occurs between different,astrocytomas grades,P<0.05;No significant difference between different histological types, P>0.05).PCNA—L I were significantly higher in the cases of P53 overexpression than in those of no P53 overexpression(P<0.001).P53 overexpression rate and PCNA—L I were frequently high in recurent gliomas,but they were not significantly associated with age and tumour location.The re- sults above suggest that P53 overexpression show strong correlation with proliferative activity and mal- ignancy;P53,somewhat combined with PCNA—L I,may be an objective and effective criterion in diagnosis and prognosis of glioma.
